Guaranteed and charged to a MasterCard or Visa at registration and on the first day of each month September- May. Personal checks will be accepted for annual payments only.

For each additional hour add $10.00 per class and a $75.00 costume fee
ANNUAL PAYMENT
Tuition paid in full at registration will receive a 5% discount.
- Your first installment or full payment will hold your place in class, and must be received with your registration form.
- All Installment tuition will be charged to a MasterCard or Visa at the time of registration and on the first (1st) of each month, September-May.
- Tuition price does NOT include practice clothes.
- There will be a $35.00 fee on all returned checks.
- All accounts with an outstanding balance on the 5th of the month will be subject to a $25.00 late fee and charged to your credit card.
- Written notice must be given to the office to cancel billing. Billing will be terminated the date such notice is received by the office.
- Student withdrawal will only be accepted through November 1, 2012. Medical release will be necessary to terminate the account after the final drop date. If a student drops or cancels registration, Encore Studio will refund half of the registration payment unless refund is needed for class cancelation. Every effort will be made to find alternate classes in the event of cancellation. In the event of a withdrawal in the middle of the billing period, a refund can only be issued for a prorated portion of the installment.
Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Students will have the opportunity to register by mail or online to ensure a space in class. Our classes fill quickly so please make sure your registration is completed. Students are NOT registered until payment and completed registration form is received.
